She attended Yorkville University for her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. She has been trained to deliver many different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Skills, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Brainspotting and EMDR for trauma/PTSD.
